Print Quality Warranty
We guarantee that all flyers will be printed according to the approved artwork, specifications, and print standards agreed upon before production.

This includes:
- Correct sizing & dimensions
- Colour output within acceptable print tolerance
- Material type as stated in quotation
- Accurate cutting and finishing
Defects Covered Under Warranty
The warranty covers defects caused by production errors, including:
- Misalignment or uneven cutting
- Colour inconsistencies exceeding industry tolerance
- Smudged prints or ink issues
- Printing on the wrong paper type or GSM
  Manufacturing damage to flyers (creases, tears, etc.)
- Warranty Period
- Warranty claims must be submitted 1 working days upon receiving the printed materials
- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted
