When will I receive my custom mailer box?

Our standard production time is 7-10 business days after you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available and typically takes less than a week after proof approval. Shipping time then depends on your location and the shipping method chosen, generally taking 2-7 business days. Larger orders requiring LTL freight shipping may require additional transit time. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate during the quoting process.
What's the difference between shipping boxes and custom mailer boxes?

Shipping boxes (also known as cartons or RSCs) typically open from the top, like the packages you receive from Amazon. Mailer boxes are designed to open from the front, similar to subscription boxes, providing a more presentable and branded unboxing experience. They’re often preferred for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer shipments.
Can I design my mailer box online?

Yes! Our easy-to-use 3D Design Studio allows you to create your custom mailer box directly on our website. Yes, you can print on both the interior and exterior of your mailer box! To get started, simply email us your artwork files, along with any specific instructions about what you’d like printed where. We’ll then create a digital proof for your approval to ensure everything is perfect before printing.
